Eligibility Criteria
- Application Education Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2
- Matriculation with Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subjects is compulsory.
- Application Age Limit: (as of 01.09.2024)
- Minimum: 18+ years
- Maximum age: 25 year (as of 01.09.2024)
- Age relaxation of 3(Three) years is available for all categories as a one-time measure.
- Ews,SC, BC/obc, and ex-servicemen will receive additional age relaxation as per government rules.
(CET) Common Eligibility Test
:
- The candidates will be shortlisted based on their common eligibility text scores.
(PMT) Physical Measurement Test
:- Candidates will have to meet the standards set for the physical measurement test.
(PST) Physical Screening Test
:- Male candidates must complete a 2.5-kilometer race in 12 minutes.
- Ex-servicemen are required to complete a 1-kilometer race in
- (Five) 5 minutes.
Knowledge Test
:- The written test will carry 64.5 marks and will consist of questions on General Knowledge, Horses’ upkeep and management, and related topics.
Riding Skills Test
:- Candidates will be tested for their proficiency in riding and maintaining horses, and this will carry Twenty( 20) marks.
Additional Weightage
:- Marks will be awarded for participation in International or National championships and NCC certification.
